My relationship with english hasn´t been the best of
all, besides link it with a sort of money or social clases. During mi
kindergarden and first year of school i was in a private school which teaches
us english since very early ages and in a very good level, however, due to
money issues my parents couldn´t afford keeping me in that school and i have to
change to a public school where they teach english since 5th grade in a very
basic level, a downgrade to what i was having. Despite i managed to overpass
exceed my classmates by my grades, the knowlegde wasn´t enough and i started to
notice that when in my highschool in a sort of private school i found
classmates that knew much more than me, in a level that i saw unreachable.
When i started to wonder why they had that knowledge,
i found two kind of answers, one was the dedication and base of english that
some high level schools gave to it, and the other was they hear music in
english or they play videogames that where in that language, so the had a
better vocabulary. Despite some of this factor where out of my posibilities, i
still feel in dobut with the english, which i consider very important. One of
my biggest goals is to speak this language, either for work related
requirements or a personal goal.
